R. Max Best takes a hand on approach to all of his clients’ needs. He specializes in estate planning, probate, and trust administration, and thoroughly assists not only his clients, but also their loved ones after they have passed.In addition to providing individualized services for each of his clients, Mr. Best is also a staple in the Clovis, New Mexico community. He is often relied upon for his legal knowledge by other attorneys and professionals, and is known to deliver his advice and recommendations in a clear and straightforward manner.

He has served as Chairman of both the Business Law and Real Property and Probate Sections of the State Bar in New Mexico and has also served on the taskforce which drafted the New Mexico Limited Liability Company Act.Max has presented CLE seminars on estate planning, probate, limited liability company issues and issues involving agricultural real property transactions. He has also presented numerous seminars to local organizations on estate planning, elder law issues, and business succession planning.
