Andrew Curtis has focused his practice in diverse jury trial and arbitration experience; however, he strives to accommodate the demands and needs of the various issues arising from business clients in Texas and New Mexico. He has represented Plaintiffs and Defendants in complex commercial litigation cases, including contracts, real estate, banking, estate and fiduciary litigation, DTPA, business torts and covenants not to compete, aviation, personal injury, and oil and gas.

Andrew Curtis provides counsel in diverse business and commercial issues with an emphasis on jury trial and arbitration experience; however, he strives to accommodate the needs of various transactions and litigation issues arising from business and individual clients in Texas and New Mexico. Mr. Curtis has represented Plaintiffs and Defendants in complex commercial litigation cases (including contracts, real estate, banking, estate and fiduciary litigation, DTPA, business torts and covenants not to compete, aviation transactions and related issues, and oil & gas related matters) and represented financial institutions in Texas and New Mexico in collection matters and other related commercial disputes.
