Ryan has authored the following papers and presented at the corresponding conference: A Guide to Wind Energy Development of Texas, Texas Land Institute (2008); Surface Use/Issues Involving Real Property, Texas Land Institute (2011); The Surface Estate and Common Easement and Lease Issues, State Bar of Texas (2016); Lease and Easement Issues Involving Real Property, State Bar of Texas (2017).
Andrew qualified for and passed the Texas Board of Legal Specialization Board Certification Exam for Civil Trial Law in 2016. He was also recognized as one of “Texas Rising Stars” in Business Litigation by SuperLawyers magazine in 2012-13 and 2016-19, a listing of outstanding young attorneys throughout the state.
Prior to forming Bigbee & Curtis, LLP in September of 2018, Mr. Bigbee & Mr. Curtis established their legal practices in West Texas for over a decade both as partners in one of Lubbock’s largest and most well-respected law firms.
