About Kinzie R. Johnson
Kinzie Johnson is a trial lawyer who represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters in state and federal courts of Texas and New Mexico. Kinzie has experience representing clients in all phases of litigation and has tried multiple bench and jury trials as first and second chair counsel. Kinzie also has experience serving as litigation counsel in state and federal Multi-District Litigation (MDL).
Kinzie serves as counsel for clients ranging from national corporations, local municipalities, small businesses, farmers, professionals, and individuals in a variety of business, commercial, and personal injury disputes. Although Kinzie’s practice has an emphasis on litigation, he strives to accommodate the needs and goals of his clients to achieve resolution of disputes prior to trial or formal litigation. Mr. Johnson has experience representing Plaintiffs and Defendants in a variety of civil litigation cases (including complex commercial and business disputes, contracts, partnership disputes, construction and RCLA disputes, wrongful death, personal injury, negligence and premises liability, product liability, trade secrets, insurance coverage, estate and fiduciary disputes, DTPA, real estate disputes, and oil & gas related matters) and has also represented financial institutions in Texas and New Mexico in various financial services and lending disputes. Additionally, Kinzie has represented Texas farmers in USDA proceedings concerning disputes of FSA program decisions.
